Product Manager with a focus on project management

Were looking for a motivated and aspirational Product manager who will focus on project management to join our team in Barcelona.

Flowbox was founded in 2016 and is a fastgrowing tech scaleup with great goals and broad visions. We provide a SaaS platform that helps brands improve their marketing social media and Ecommerce strategies. Our technology helps our clients to better collect manage and distribute their own customers content also known as User Generated Content (UGC).

At the moment we have 800 clients 60 Flowboxers as well as 3 offices in Stockholm Amsterdam and Barcelona.

About the team

Our Tech department consists of a Platform team. The team focuses on our UGC platform including integrations backoffice content collection moderations and distribution. The Platform team also handles our event streams analytics data infrastructure and pipelines associated with it.

The team works crossfunctionally and with a hybrid environment. You will be given a unique and challenging work environment where you will have an opportunity to influence Flowboxs product to the core. We like pair programming reviewing our code and providing each other with constructive feedback.

Your mission

As Product Manager at Flowbox you will be anintegralpart of a crossfunctional teamfocusing on project management together with the designer in the product team. Your main responsibilities will include prioritizing and managing product discovery coordinating the product delivery and aligning these activities with our adopted strategies and vision. As You will also own and prioritize the product backlog.

In your role you will actively contribute to deciding on the next development initiatives for our Visual Marketing product area overseeing product development through various phases and providing transparency to the organization regarding the rationale and details of upcoming significant features.

Furthermore you will work collaboratively with management sales customer support and engineering to develop and market our core product offering. You will report to the CTO.

About you

We are seeking someone with at least 12 years of relevant experience ideally in a role related to project management or product coordination.You should feel comfortable providing guidance and support to team members in their work. Some exposure to ecommerce social media or related product areas is preferred. Your ability to coordinate tasks among different teams and stakeholders is crucial. Effective communication is a strength and you should be adept at interacting with developers customers and upper management.

As a junior team member youll thrive in our fastpaced scaleup environment. Any prior experience with startups or scaleups would be considered a plus.
