Job Description

Overview:
At Ridhira Company were seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our talent acquisition efforts youll be instrumental in identifying engaging and securing top talent to drive our companys growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Recruitment:

Employ diverse sourcing strategies to attract highpotential candidates through job boards social media networking and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaboration and Communication:

Partner closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
Maintain transparent communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Offer guidance and expertise to hiring managers on effective talent acquisition strategies.
Candidate Experience:

Champion a candidatecentric approach by delivering timely feedback and fostering clear communication throughout the hiring journey.
Coordinate interview schedules assessments and evaluations efficiently to streamline the process.
Talent Pipeline and Strategy:

Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to fulfill current and future talent demands.
Continuously assess and refine recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of highcaliber candidates.
Data Management and Reporting:

Ensure accuracy in maintaining applicant records within our ATS and generate insightful recruitment reports as needed.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
