Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
   

   • Plan script shoot and edit highquality video content for YouTube Linkedin and Instagram Reels.
     
   • Stay updated on industry trends and create content that resonates with our target audience.
     

2. Storytelling:
   

   • Develop compelling and unique storytelling strategies to convey brand messages effectively.
     
   • Craft narratives that captivate and maintain audience interest throughout the video content.
     

3. Video Editing:
   

   • Edit videos using industrystandard software to ensure seamless and visually appealing content.
     
   • Enhance videos with graphics music and other elements to elevate production quality.
     

4. Audience Engagement:
   

   • Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with the audience through comments messages and social media interactions.
     
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand audience preferences and tailor content accordingly.
     

5. Platform Optimization:
   

   • Implement SEO strategies for YouTube videos to enhance discoverability.
     
   • Utilize Instagram Reels features effectively to increase visibility and engagement.
     

6. Collaborations:
   

   • Identify and collaborate with influencers brands and other creators to expand our reach and audience.
     

7. Analytics and Reporting:

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing YouTube and Instagram Reels content.
  
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro).
  
• Indepth knowledge of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and best practices.
  
• Strong storytelling and creative skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
