3D Animator

Responsibilities:

Utilize midlevel hard surface modeling techniques to craft intricate and visually

compelling 3D models.

Bring hard surface animations to life with a keen eye for detail ensuring realistic

movement and interactions.

Showcase creativity in organic animation particularly with materials like rubber

cables adding a touch of realism to our projects.

Apply expert knowledge in UV unwrapping and texturing to enhance the visual

appeal of 3D models.

Ensure seamless export of models to Unreal Engine while preparing them for

optimal performance.

Implement basic shading techniques within Unreal Engine contributing to the

overall visual quality of our projects.

Execute hard surface animations within the Unreal Engine environment leveraging

the engines capabilities for maximum impact.

Export multipass EXR sequences including reflections depth of field and object ID

information to enhance postproduction flexibility.

Demonstrate proficiency in compositing and seamlessly integrating 3D animations

into liveaction footage or diverse environments.

Infuse creativity into animations using After Effects paying careful attention to

timing mood and narrative.

Elevate visual effects with particle animation adding dynamic elements to our

storytelling.

Apply color correction and grading techniques to achieve the desired visual style

and narrative tone.

Utilize video tracking knowledge to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into

liveaction footage further expanding the possibilities of our creative endeavors

Requirements

Bachelors degree in animation computer graphics fine arts or related field (e.g.

BFA or BS in Animation).

Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g. Autodesk Maya Blender Cinema 4D

3ds Max).

Solid understanding of hard surface modeling animation principles and texturing.

Familiarity with Unreal Engine shading techniques and multipass exporting.

Strong artistic and technical skills to deliver visually appealing and technically

sound animations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced creative environment.

Stay updated on industry trends software updates and techniques.

Develop a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and styles.
