Job Description
- To work with the HR Business Partner supporting directorates within theorganisation by providing day to day HR advice and information on all HRissues. This includes grievance disciplinary sickness absence and terms andconditions advice to Managers and all staff groups including doctors andconsultants within the Trust.
- To liaise appropriately with the HR Business Partner and other colleagueswithin the HR team on general HR issues individual cases and projects.To ensure the development and implementation of a high quality serviceproviding consistent and timely best practice advice.
