Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banking and Finance Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in deal syndication bank credit line appraisal and CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data preparation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong connections with bank officials managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Deal Syndication:
   

   • Lead the process of deal syndication collaborating with internal teams to structure and present financing opportunities to potential investors and financial institutions.
     

2. Bank Credit Line Appraisal:
   

   • Conduct thorough appraisals of credit lines with banks analyzing financial data assessing risk factors and presenting comprehensive reports for decisionmaking.
     

3. CMA Data Preparation:
   

   • Prepare Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data with precision ensuring accurate representation of the financial health of the organization.
     

4. Relationship Management:
   

   • Establish and foster strong relationships with bank officials negotiating terms and ensuring smooth communication for financial transactions.
     

5. Financial Transaction Management:
   

   • Oversee and manage financial transactions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
     

6. Risk Assessment:
   

   • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks keeping abreast of market trends and industry developments.
     

7. Reporting:
   

   • Generate regular reports on financial performance credit lines and syndication activities providing insights to senior management.
     

8. Compliance:
   

   • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines industry best practices and internal compliance policies.
     

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field. MBA in Finance is a plus.
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in banking and finance with a focus on deal syndication credit line appraisal and CMA data preparation.
  

Skills:

1. Proven expertise in deal syndication and credit line appraisal.
   
2. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
   
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
