Open Position: IT Sales Manager, Enterprise Products (IT Service Provider Company)
An IT Service Provider Companyin Malaysia is looking for IT Field Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
- Having experience selling Enterprise products such as Cloud Solution, CRM, Infrastructure, Network, Security and etc would be added advantage
- Develope trusting and long term relationship between enteprise key clients and company
- Developing a complete understanding of key clients needs and requirements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Expanding relationships, visiting leads and bringing in new clients
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
