Industry leading company working with Rural Electric Cooperatives to build advanced fiber to the home (FTTH) networks We are rapidly growing and currently looking for a Program Supervisor to join the Construction Program Management ; This position will be responsible for assisting the construction VPs, Directors, Regional Project Managers, Project Managers and Program Director/Managers in meeting project schedules to meet client objectives and revenue ; We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can manage a project from initiation to ; You can enjoy the satisfaction of using your skills to help our team while working in a positive and encouraging office
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Develop Request For Proposals (RFP) and/or price comparisons for MRE, MRC, materials, construction/splicing, drops, and installs
- Work with client and Regional Project Managers to determine best RFP and/or price comparison process and list of bidders/potential contractors
- Consolidate RFP results, identify anomalies in bid results, share results with client, schedule vendor interviews, notify bidders if they were selected or not
- Manage onboarding process to include kickoff meetings and systems/ tools access
- Ensure RFP and team documentation is uploaded and organized in SharePoint
- Assist clients with contracts with selected contractors as needed; ensure contract amendments are uploaded in appropriate tools and filed in SharePoint
- Schedule and lead client/vendor/team meetings bi-weekly and/or as needed, create agendas, take notes, follow up on action items
- Create, utilize, and/or maintain project management, production/splicing, fleet/safety, design, and QA/QC apps to keep projects on schedule and clients informed; build additional apps as needed; create dashboards
- Work closely with the Construction, Development, and Finance teams to upload and maintain pricing information in billing/finance tools, correct discrepancies and missing information, and identify cost overages by creating and utilizing cost model spreadsheet/tool
- Collect and analyze data for multiple construction projects and identify trends
- Query data for reports to senior management
- Maintain and validate the integrity of the data
- Maintain vendor list and potential vendor list, set up intro meetings, create NDAs as needed
- Provide material management support--keep bills of material (BOMs) and associated pricing current in appropriate databases/tools; assist with material consumption by comparing what has been consumed to what should have been used; create material forecasts
- Maintain templates used by the program management team
Request splicing agreements, amendments, and MSAs for the FTTH projects
Create or assist with creation of process documentation and team training
Assist with other duties as our team continues to grow

Preferred
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- Advance knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft suite
- Previous experience in a similar type position
Bonus
- Knowledge of electric distribution design and construction, including poles, devices, and equipment
- Understanding of NESC standards and clearances
- Knowledge of utility attachments, ROW permitting, construction and quality control
- Knowledge of commonly used co-op staking software packages is a plus (NISC, SEDC, and MilSoft)
