Business Analyst Full-Time Remote

Product description:

Trading platform with microservices backend architecture based on messaging; features of the platform include Web and Mobile frontend support.

Tasks

• Extract the requirements from the business team and formalize them
• Transfer requirements to the technical team
• Participate in the scope definition and prioritization
• Support the development and QA process by clarifying specifications and product features
• Represent the business owner and handle communication
• Evolve ideas into comprehensive specifications including mockups when required
• Conduct grooming sessions with the team: explain in details what has to be implemented facilitate discussion to come to an agreed solution
• Timely update the tickets and documentation with the relevant new information

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a BA in the fintech / finance / banking sector
• Experience with complex system(s) as a Plus
• Strong analytical and team collaboration skills coupled with excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Structure / systemic thinking
• Attention to details accuracy in tasks description / updating
• Ability to articulate technical requirements clearly to the development team
• Good memory and adeptness in handling large amounts of information
• Strong selfmanagement proactiveness and a sense of responsibility for results
• QA experience with microservicebased architecture is a Plus
• Experience in / knowledge of the crypto & financial trading domain

A plus:

• Product work experience: competitors research prioritization techniques product thinking stakeholder interviewing
• Desire to work and grow in this area specifically in Trading Exchanges and the Banking sector
