Job Description
This is an onsite position based in Bogota Colombia. Only applications in English will be reviewed.
Apollo XCM is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager to steer our social media presence with finesse. In this role youll be orchestrating engaging content fostering connections with our audience and ensuring a vibrant online community.
What you will be doing:
Developing and executing social media strategies across platforms.
- Creating compelling and shareable content in both English and Spanish.
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company s brand
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company s social media accounts
- Engaging with our audience through comments messages and other interactions.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
- Monitoring trends and staying abreast of industry updates to keep our content relevant.
- Analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Minimum education requirements: Professional degree or Technologist degree Relevant Experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with a strong command of both languages (C1 level or above in English is a must).
- Creative flair with an eye for visually appealing content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience as a social media manager or a similar role in a bilingual setting.
- Experience in creating social media strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM keyword research and Google Analytics is a Plus.
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn Google My Business etc.
- Strong familiarity with computersclient emails and project management software.
- Experience with social media tools such as content creation with software (ex. Adobe Cloud InDesign Canva etc..) and distribution via platforms such as Hootsuite or Zoho Social.
- Large social media following is a plus.
- Enjoys working with people.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and demonstrate exceptional multitasking.
- Understanding of startup culture.

- Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m or from 9 a.m to 6 p.m (Central Standard Time)

- Salary Starting at $3.600.000 COP/month (Commensurate with experience)
