Marketplace Coordinator

Petite Amlie is a fastgrowing brand wellknown among expectant and young European parents. Our company designs and produces beautiful furniture accessories and toys for nurseries and childrens rooms. We sell our products directly to consumers through our online stores in the Benelux France Germany and the UK and we are also active on various online marketplaces.

Currently we are looking for a Marketplace Coordinator who is ambitious and skilled enough to lead our sales efforts on marketplaces and help us expand our brand on secondary channels.

Tasks

• Creating and optimizing product listings across different marketplaces.
• Monitoring our delivery performance and working closely with our logistical partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for your product listings.
• Assisting our Customer Service teams in responding to customer inquiries and reviews on various marketplace platforms.
• Analyzing marketplace performance data and providing actionable insights to improve your sales and marketing efforts.
• Implementing pricing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ecommerce and marketplace management.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with popular ecommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
