About the Role

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of landscape and masterplanning projects and will be involved in a variety of public and private sector schemes across the ;

Specific job descriptions will be tailored to suit the right Duties will be dependant on level of Typical duties might include:

  • Undertake masterplanning for residential and mixed-use schemes and produce relevant information for planning submission (including Vision Documents and Design + Access Statements).
  • Prepare and supervise preparation of relevant design information for concept, planning, tender, and construction stages including 3D visuals, schedules for costing, detail design drawings, specification, and planting plans working with other team
  • Undertake Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, and produce supporting visual material, with other team
  • Prepare Landscape Management
  • Undertake site visits and attend
  • Present technical work at meetings with both clients and colleagues if required
  • Collaborate and develop design with other disciplines
  • Provide advice to Client and team members throughout the

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • A relevant graduate/ postgraduate qualification
  • The drive to develop their career, by experiencing the whole spectrum of landscape work
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent design skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time with multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Autocad or Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • A good plant
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is necessary due to the nature of our business and site ;
