You will be updated with latest job alerts via email To coach and lead the BI dwh and enterprise support teams and maintain application and services within agreed SLA and provide the best customer experience in accordance with VF-EG strategy & following VF Group guidelines.
Work cross functionally with Commercial, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations team for delivering appropriate services
Guide and inspire team members for following the business processes & managing the customer interfaces (Marketing, finance, customer care & other technology teams) to go through business challenges & overcome the technical obstacles.
Ensure the production services and deployments in timely effective way with the best customer experience with no impact.
Build & maintain relationships with the vendors to fulfill business needs in line with industry trends.
Assess vendor proposed solutions and its impact before production deployments.
Analyze performance reports in collaboration with Capacity and planning team reviewing performance reports.
Participate in operational processes enhancement and process documentations.
Participate in setting the department objectives and ensure technical steps accuracy.
Assess vendor proposed technical solutions and their suitability to Vodafone objectives.
Enhance technical performance and perform regular team meetings and individual One to One
