Job Description
- Manage leads Take inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer base
- Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to follow-up customer request
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers
- Develop new points of contact and potential accounts
- Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- React quickly to requests from customers
- Analyze, qualify and proactively progress opportunities in the CRM Tool Quote and close deals
- Document all records of customer interaction and activity in the CRM Tool
- Answers customer questions and educates customers on all SE portfolio
