Job Description
- Design & Animate a Robust Annual QVE & CoS Productivity Program per Product Range arranging with Stakeholders to bring innovation
- Animate a Matrix Team with strong interact with R&D from LoB , Technical Antena , Quality & Procurement
- Put in place strong Governance , Workshops & Events ( PPD , CPD..etc) & follow up on Results & Action plan with Monthly & quarterly Reporting
- Manage Specific transformation Programs for Make or Buy together with Squad & Procurement teams
- Manage the Budget & projects allocation needed for QVE & CoS Projects & innovative initiatives
