As an Associate Agency Development Manager you will be responsible for examining future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Recognizing new customers via networking cold calling and other leadgeneration strategies
- Recruit the team and sales the insurance policy
- Set and met sales earnings targets
- Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers
- Designing and planning various sales activities
- Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
- Researching competitors products prices and marketing insights
- Sustaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops

- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to offer fantastic customer service
- Ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently
- Good managerial skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelors degree in any stream
- Mini. 2 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
