Corporate Social Responsibility Associate

• CSR Strategy: Contribute to the formulation and execution of the CSR strategy aligned with the organizations objectives and societal needs.
  
• Project Management: Assist in planning executing and overseeing CSR projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and regulatory requirements.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams external partners NGOs government bodies and local communities to identify opportunities and foster partnerships for impactful CSR initiatives.
  
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting standards; compile and maintain accurate records of CSR activities for reporting purposes.
  
• Impact Assessment: Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs; recommend improvements based on findings.
  
• Communication and Awareness: Support in creating communication materials including reports presentations and social media content to highlight CSR initiatives and their impact.
  
• Research and Development: Stay updated on CSR trends best practices and innovative approaches; provide insights for the enhancement of CSR strategies.
  

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Social Sciences Business Administration Sustainability or related field. A masters degree is advantageous.
  
• Experience: 02 years of experience in CSR sustainability community development or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.
  
• Knowledge: Familiarity with CSR principles sustainability frameworks and relevant regulations. Understanding of project management concepts is a plus.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to assess impact and recommend improvements.
  
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and across various levels of the organization.
