Purpose of the position
Demonstrating leadership in retaining existing clients and cultivating new opportunities. This is achieved through close engagement with clients to ensure an exceptional service experience identifying novel prospects and partnerships continuously enhancing deliverables and establishing the brand prominently among key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting Profiles for Clients (1 to 2 recruiting projects per month depending on operational context): 50%70%
- General Management: Executive leadership of operations with a strong focus on team building: 10%15%
- Commercial Management New Opportunities and New Markets: 10%15% (It is expected to grow incrementally).
- Service Management with Current Clients: Supporting consultants for successful closure overseeing service quality and delivering a wow experience for the client.
Requirements and competences to work with us
Education
- Professionals in Psychology Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
Experience
- Previous experience in talent attraction and management.
- Previous experience in team management
- Previous experience managing client relationships considering the importance of conducting consultative diagnoses of their needs.
Knowledge and skills
- Ability to create commercial proposals presentation documents and content from scratch.
- Excellent client relationship management adept problemsolving skills ability to handle unexpected situations effectively and diplomatic.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
