Block Property Manager – Newhaven (Work from Home)

This position isn’t with just any Property Management company; they’re one of the biggest with offices scattered like confetti throughout the UK. If career progression and a well organised support structure is what you’re looking for look no further!

What’s on offer

• Salary: £30000 to £33000 (depending on experience)
• Car Allowance: £4440
• Work from home! (possibly 1day per week in office)
• Full funding towards IRPM qualifications

So What will I be doing

Picture this: You in charge of a portfolio of residential and mixeduse buildings being the superhero that residents and leaseholders never knew they needed. You'll be out and about visiting sites charming clients handling budgets and generally being the beacon of property wisdom.

• Carrying out property inspections (think Sherlock Holmes but with a clipboard)
• Mastering the art of dealing with finances budgets and client accounts
• Juggling building directors and officers insurance like a circus performer
• Attending meetings EGMs AGMs and charming Directors and Residents with your wit and wisdom
• Correspondence and Administration (because even superheroes need paperwork!)
• Dealing with breaches of the Lease (cue dramatic music)
• Arranging contractor work (you're the conductor of the property orchestra!)
• Property Sales (Assignment of the Lease)
• Issuing Section 20's

The Ideal Superhero (aka Candidate)

• Experience: 1 year in the world of block management (we like our superheroes experienced)
• Qualifications: IRPM or above qualification (not essential but we like brains with those capes!)
• Transport: Full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle (because even superheroes need wheels)
• Skills: A natural problem solver as determined and resilient as a rubber ball and time management skills that would impress a Swiss watchmaker.
