We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects leading a team creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) generating reports and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations is essential.

Tasks

• Manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Lead and motivate the team providing guidance and support as needed.
• Define and track KPIs to measure project performance.
• Generate regular reports detailing project progress risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders address concerns and provide updates on project status.
• Utilise Jira and other project management tools to plan track and manage tasks and timelines.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Jira for project management and creating and managing documents spreadsheets and presentations
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to define and track KPIs
• Proficiency in English (mandatory). Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish German or French is a plus.
• Demonstrable studies or job experience in project management.
• Strong software development background
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Resultsoriented mindset driven by growth and success.
