Internship Automation Software Tester Quality Assurance at IoT Startup mfd

We are looking for a new team member for our software testing and quality assurance of our Smart Kiosks.

Musthave requirement: Mandatory internship for university

Location: DsseldorfBilk

Start: by arrangement / immediately

Tasks

• Designing and executing test plans test cases and test scripts for various software applications
• Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and identify potential areas for automation testing
• Conducting review meetings preparing summary reports and communicating with the software team
• Error tracking and bug reporting to developers and other team members
• Perform manual and automated tests to ensure software functionality usability and performance meet quality standards
• Document and report software defects track their status and work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software testing process by suggesting innovative ideas and best practices

Requirements

• 6 months mandatory internship required by the university
• Good knowledge of QA processes methodologies standards and strategies
• Knowledge of any automated testing framework (Cypress TestNG Robot Framework Selenium etc.)
• Basic knowledge of any programming language (preferable JavaScript also accepted Java Python etc)
• Basic handling of Jira for ticket management and Confluence for documentation
• Ideally: Docker Git CI/CD API Testing (Postman) Agile Scrum
