You love communicating with other people and are a helpful friendly person Then we are looking for you as a NORWEGIANspeaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) working fromHOME in full or parttime. The start date is the 29.12.2023. To work from home your place of residence must be in Germany.

• Advising our Norwegianspeaking customer base by telephone and email
• Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently

Qualifikation

• Fluency inNorwegianandEnglish
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PCliteracy
• Previous customer service experience preferable
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Empathetic and socially competent personality
• A broadband connection (DSL VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstreamand a quiet room
