Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Sahibabad Industrial Area (Opp. Anand Vihar) Ghaziabad (Delhi Border)
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager for an export company headquartered in Sahibabad Industrial Area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Customer
- International Expo event coordination
- Coordination with Sales Team
- Follow up and redressal of Customer Complaints
- Arrangements of Marketing Materials with Purchase Team
- Preference previous experience in the same field
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good experience with MS Office
- Qualifications: MBA in any suitable division
