As we continue to grow we are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Operation Assistant to join our Operations team. Your primary objective will besupporting the daytoday operations of the companyincluding logistics purchasing customer care and administration.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Logistics and administration: Follow up on fulfillment invoicing and shipment of B2C and B2B orders. Handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Communication and Incident Resolution: Support incident resolution and return requests across all channels. Making sure to offer timely and effective solutions based on company policy.
- Data accuracy: Manage and update product master data.
- Purchasing: Support in purchase order processing and follow up.
- Stock management: Ensure correct stock levels across all sales channels.Support inbound processes of merchandise from origin to warehouse ensuring correct timing and data.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data create reports and identify areas of opportunity for cost reductions and process improvements.
- Improvement Implementation: Implement technical and process improvements introduce new tools and support transversal projects.
BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in business administration operations management international business or a related field.
- Excel proficiency.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and the companys sustainability values.
- Excellent written communication in English German is a plus.
- Transversal coordination between departments.
- Data analysis skills.
- Sustainabilityfocused approach is essential.
