Tasks

Product Vision and Strategy Development:

• Define the longterm vision and strategy for Smatched ensuring it aligns with market needs and the companys mission.
• Innovate and conceptualize new features for the microtransaction system that enhances user engagement and revenue generation.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Continuously analyze market trends customer feedback and competitive landscape to adapt and refine the product strategy.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in different markets or with different user demographics.

Product Development Oversight:

• Lead the product development team providing guidance and direction in the creation and enhancement of Smatcheds microtransaction platform.
• Ensure the product meets high standards of quality usability and reliability.

User Experience and Engagement:

• Focus on improving user experience particularly in making the microtransaction process seamless and enjoyable.
• Enhance the Smatched lottery feature to maximize user retention and satisfaction.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with other departments like marketing sales and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and user experience.
• Mentor and develop a highperforming product team.

DataDriven Decision Making:

• Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Track and analyze user behavior to understand the impact of microtransactions on user engagement and retention.

Financial Planning and Revenue Generation:

• Develop strategies to maximize revenue generation through the Smatched platform.
• Work with the finance team to set pricing models and monetization strategies.

Compliance and Ethics:

• Ensure that the product complies with all legal and ethical standards related to microtransactions.
• Stay updated with regulations and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• A degree in Business Technology Computer Science or a related field. An advanced degree like an MBA can be advantageous.

Industry Experience:

• Extensive experience in product management preferably in the tech or online monetization industry.
• Proven track record in developing successful products especially in the realm of online transactions or gaming.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.

Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of the technical aspects of web and app development.
