Job Description
Position Title: SAP Support Analyst/Configurer SD
Location: Navi Mumbai
Overall Job Purpose: This role predominantly based in our Navi Mumbai office involves regular interaction with geographically located teams. The SD Configurer will collaborate closely with the UKbased System support team to provide daytoday support for several SAP landscapes.

Daily Housekeeping Activities:
- Perform daily housekeeping activities in line with Client SLAs.
- Responsible for daily monitoring duties in line with Client SLAs.
- Undertake configuration in the SAP SD module as required.
- Provide firstline support for incidents raised against the Sales and Distribution Resolver group.
- Support Unit and Regression testing activities.
Essential:
- Educated to degree level.
- SAP SD module Certification.
Essential:
- Minimum 45 years of SAP support experience.
- Experience in implementing SAP Sales and Distribution including full project life cycles.
- Understanding of Sales and Distribution integration touchpoints with other modules (CRM FI CO MM WM).
- Experience working with a UK office.
- Experience working with a Logistics Company.
Specific:
- Strong SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) experience capable of explaining functionality and designing business process configuration.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP Order to Cash (OTC).
- Configuration of SAP SD/OTC.
- Proficient in daytoday SAP usage.
- Unit Testing and Regression testing experience.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and provide timely updates.
- Create functional solution design specifications and other documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts in business terms.
- Analytical problemsolving and conceptual skills.
- Committed knowledge sharer through documentation and other less formal communications.
- Eager to learn from experience.
- Selfmotivated.
- Flexible approach to work and working hours.
- Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail.
- Teamoriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences among individuals and groups.
