- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant employment legislation and ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with a focus on seniorlevel recruitment.
- Strong understanding of current recruiting trends sourcing techniques and best practices.
