Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Develop and implement effective and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent utilizing a variety of sourcing methods.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs provide guidance on market trends and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the companys employer brand both internally and externally.
  
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit ensuring the selection of highcaliber candidates.
  
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Stay informed about relevant employment legislation and ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with a focus on seniorlevel recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of current recruiting trends sourcing techniques and best practices.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  
• Resultsdriven with a commitment to delivering highquality talent to meet organizational goals.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
