Position Summary

The Sr. Human Resources Manager will oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our team members across all departments for India team. This position leads all Human Resources functions in India including onboarding offboarding employee engagement performance management payroll benefits and DEI. He/she will be required to develop policies work closely with senior leadership and oversee human resources activities.

Requirements

Essential Duties


Human Resources Core Function Oversight 60%


Responsible for developing and implementing effective onboarding processes to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization. This may involve creating orientation programs providing necessary training and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.

Oversees the offboarding process when employees leave the organization. This includes conducting exit interviews ensuring proper documentation is completed and managing process to completion of full and final.

Responsible for managing employee relations within the organization. This includes addressing employee concerns resolving conflicts and promoting positive working relationships.

Plays a crucial role in fostering employee engagement and satisfaction this may involve developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee morale conducting employee surveys and addressing any concerns or issues raised by employees.

Responsible for implementing performance management systems and processes. This includes oversight of the goal setting process midyear and yearend performance evaluations partnering with managers to provide feedback and coaching to employees and identifying opportunities for employee development and growth.


Payroll and Benefits Oversight 25%


Oversees payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees. This may involve working closely with finance departments managing payroll systems and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsible for managing employee benefits programs. This includes researching and selecting benefit options communicating benefit information to employees and addressing any questions or concerns related to benefits.


Diversity Equity Inclusion Belonging 10%


Plays a crucial role in promoting diversity equity and inclusion within the organization. This may involve developing and implementing DEI initiatives providing training and education on DEI topics and ensuring equitable practices in recruitment promotion and employee development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A bachelor s degree in human resources management or equivalent

Experience: 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience including at least three years in a leadership role

Experience working in an onshore/offshore model with India and the United States

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES:

Strong knowledge and understanding of human resources principles practices and procedures including employment laws and regulations.

Ability to lead and manage a team set strategic goals and drive organizational change.

Experience in managing employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and employee engagement initiatives.

Proficiency in designing and implementing performance management systems including goal setting performance evaluations and employee development plans.

Expertise in recruitment strategies candidate sourcing interviewing techniques and selection processes.

Knowledge of compensation structures benefits administration and the ability to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Experience in identifying training needs designing and delivering training programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Understanding of DEI principles and experience in developing and implementing DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.

Ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives and contribute to the overall strategic planning process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Understanding of financial management budgeting and the ability to make datadriven decisions to achieve desired results.

Proficiency in utilizing HR technology systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
