Pharma Sales Supervisor
- Coach, motivate, develop, and evaluate direct sales force.
- Build partnership with key customer branches, key chains.
- Execute daily monitoring of Sales Rep. Performance vs. "Picture of Success" (evaluation and calibration accuracy).
- Visibility Execution And ROI of the Contracted Customers.
- Ensure availability of all SKUs within the branches in the regions.
- leading on the execution of trade plans including tele-sales competitions & trade deals.
- Ensure adherence of all Company principles and policies and Safety and local legal regulations.
What Will Make You Successful…
- 3-5 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
- Distribution or retail experience.
- English language is advantage.
- FMCG experience is a plus.
