Job Description

Dyson is a globally recognised premium household name. Theyre market leaders in design and technology and regularly launch outstanding products onto the market such as the Dyson hair wrap fans and vacuum cleaners.

Were looking for a B2B Aftersales Agent who will cover the UK & Irish markets. You will be part of a Team comprising of regional Business Development Executives Vertical Sales Managers and a member of the Dyson Professional Marketing Team.

Tasks

  • Handling inbound calls and emails providing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Analyse customer issues and work towards providing appropriate solutions coordinating with relevant departments or teams as necessary.
  • Ensure effective followup and followthrough on customer inquiries and problem resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively work on process improvements to prevent similar problems in the future.
  • Collaborate with the Field engineer teams to ensure a smooth handover process from the sales phase to the aftercare phase ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed targets demonstrating consistent achievement of assigned targets objectives and KPIs.
  • Managing additional administrative tasks including stock inventory creating spare parts quotes process orders & reporting.

Requirements

  • C2 level of both spoken & written English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and leverage internal resources effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Outlook.
  • Selfmotivated targetdriven and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Previous experience working in an international contact centre environment with knowledge of customer service.

Benefits

  • Starting date: January 2024.
  • Contract: Permanent (1month probation period).
  • Salary: 21.000 gross per year.
  • Working hours: Full Time (39 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 9 am & 6 pm.
