Job Description
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the company. They will be required to evaluate vendors negotiate contracts prepare reports track orders ensure timely deliveries and review the quality of purchased products.
It will also be responsible for entering order details into the internal database maintaining an updated record of purchased products delivering information and invoices preparing a report on purchase including cost analyses monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
They will coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and attend trade shows and exhibitions to remain updated with industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
