Job Summary

We are on the lookout for an igaming experienced professional to take on the management of PlayMatrix the live casino division of EveryMatrix. If you take on our challenge you will be leading this new and exciting department inside one of the industrys fastest growing companies.

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software content and services. We provide platform casino sports betting payments and affiliate systems to over 300 customers worldwide. The company is profitable has over EUR 100m in annual revenues and 850 employees in offices across 12 countries in Europe Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founderowned private company.

EveryMatrix is a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and European Lotteries Association. In September 2023 it became the first iGaming supplier to receive WLA Safer Gambling Certification. EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection whilst producing market leading gaming solutions.

PlayMatrix is enhancing EveryMatrix product offering with live casino studios across multiple markets.

Our future PlayMatrix CEO will be responsible for the progress and performance from a technical perspective but also with regards to market position and financial growth of the entire PlayMatrix Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete responsibility over for developing and growing the product revenues;
  • Responsible for all decisions related to the product beyond product development through its entire lifecycle;
  • Managing personnel within the division (organizing internal team structures and coordinating with subordinate team leaders and HR in assuring optimal staffing);
  • Responsible for budgeting;
  • Building the strategy and the vision of PlayMatrix;
  • Implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the product development;
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape as well as opportunities for expansion new markets;
  • Follow up with company policies and make sure they are correctly implemented within the team;
  • Ensure team growth and motivation;
  • Makes highlevel decisions about the policy and strategy regarding PlayMatrix;
  • Keeps the Board of Directors informed about policy issues;
  • Provides executive leadership across the department;
  • Sets business goals and roadmap;
  • Evaluates the success of the product / department;
  • Develops and implements operational policies;
  • Acts as the primary spokesperson for PlayMatrix;
  • Is responsible for client portfolio development objectives results and budgets;
  • Maps market opportunities;
  • Where necessary challenges current performance levels;
  • Solidifies Casino Studios position in the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience on similar role within the Casino gaming industry;
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
  • Excellent understanding of live gaming studios;
  • Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or handson experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Profit and loss balance sheet and cash flow management;
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
  • Ability to get up to speed quickly on new issues and to make sound judgments on them;
  • Having a cando problemsolving attitude;
  • Strong influencing skills;
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust;
  • Ability to plan own workload effectively and to delegate;
  • Sociable personality;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Problem solving skills.

WorkLife Balance:

  • 40% work from home over any 3month period (can work one month per quarter abroad)
  • Extra leave days added depending on seniority inside the company 32 days
  • 10 sick leave days per year with no doctors certificate requirement (excluding legal medical leave)
