Team Leadership and Project Management:
Direct and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure efficient progress and timely delivery of objectives.
Facilitate communication between the engineering team and other departments ensuring alignment of goals and strategies.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical guidance in the design development and production of electronic components and systems.
Ensure the integration of advanced software tools and programming languages in the development process.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and emerging electrical technologies and their potential applications in HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
At least 57 years of experience in a managerial/lead role within the electronics hardware and software development sector HVAC industry experience is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in electronics design software (e.g. OrCAD Altium) and programming languages (e.g. C/C Python).
Demonstrated experience with LabVIEW and data acquisition systems.
