Job Description
Previous experience: Experience in management, sales, or working in the retail showroom field. Companies may prefer previous experience supervising showrooms or stores.
Leadership skills: The ability to manage the work team, motivate them and direct them towards achieving the goals set for the exhibition.
Organizational and planning skills: Ability to organize events and exhibitions, ensure adequate inventory and direct daily operations.
Interaction with customers: The ability to interact well with customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with their experience in the exhibition.
