Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bardawan District West Bengal. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in a similar role within the same industry demonstrating expertise in electrical engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Electrical System Design: Lead and contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for our industrial facilities ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
   

2. Project Management: Manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion including planning scheduling and coordinating activities with other engineering disciplines.
   

3. Equipment Selection: Evaluate select and specify electrical equipment and systems considering performance reliability and costeffectiveness.
   

4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting electrical issues ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
   

5. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including process engineers maintenance personnel and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and operational excellence.
   

6. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all electrical engineering activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Implement measures to enhance the safety of electrical systems.
   

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of electrical designs project plans and maintenance activities. Prepare reports for management review.
   

8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends advancements and best practices in electrical engineering. Implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
   
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior electrical engineer role within the same industry.
   
3. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles codes and standards.
   
4. Project management skills with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
   
5. Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
   
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
   
7. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
