Job Description

The person will support business managers by aligning HR activities with organizational strategy. This alignment process includes thinking about the business as it relates to recruitment and retention learning and development engagement and performance management. They help solve business issues through the people side of the business. The role requires frequent collaboration with executives and business leaders.

Role

  • Will be responsible for multiple Business Units and it s strategic activities
  • Will be Single Point of Contact for all employee related activities: Engagement Grievance
  • Assist HR Head to understand their overall team requirements their people challenges current gaps training and development needs hiring needs.
  • Assist HR Head to operate a Performance Management System (KRA / Goals) setting review and evaluation.
  • Create reports inorder to support business heads for various business activities


Requirements

  • Communication skills written and verbal towards organization engineering and culture management.
  • HR Processes understanding. Should have an understanding of HR processes and activities within the organization.
  • Proficiency with Data. Data analysis for tasks such as evaluating job candidates assessing staffing needs and monitoring productivity etc. Data analysis plays an important role in strategic planning especially in an uncertain market.
  • Proficiency with Digital Tools. Select and deploy from a wide range of software products to help develop and communicate HR strategy and manage individuals and teams. The list includes business intelligence decision support data visualization and online communities that facilitate information sharing etc.
  • Knowledge of Business. Understanding of how the organization operates and aligning business objectives with personnel decisions
