We are seeking a dedicated Manager for Automation to lead our automation division and drive transformative projects. As a Manager in Intelligent Automation you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of technologybased solutions for our esteemed clients. Collaborating closely with our team of consultants you will develop endtoend solutions that optimize processes drive efficiencies and yield tangible business outcomes.
You will be tasked with project delivery accountability ensuring timelines and budgets are met to the clients satisfaction. A deep understanding of the technology landscape within your focus area is essential enabling you to devise innovative solutions for intricate business challenges.
Moreover you will manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated activities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships effective collaboration with stakeholders and providing thought leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Lead client engagements overseeing project scope budget and timeline
- Manage a team of consultants providing guidance and support to uphold the highest service quality
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate to formulate and execute growth and profitability strategies
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices driving continuous improvement within the automation team
- Oversee daytoday delivery operations ensuring highquality service delivery
- Focus on enhancing delivery processes to optimize efficiency productivity and client satisfaction
- Understand client needs and align delivery efforts maintaining client expectations throughout the process
- Leverage client relationships to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to craft compelling proposals that differentiate the companys offerings and meet client needs
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of sales activities

Requirements
MustHave Qualifications & Competencies:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation
- Proven track record in managing client engagements and fostering strong client relationships
- Proficient in at least one consulting area such as strategy operations technology or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling the building and maintenance of robust client relationships
- Background in finance or accounting.
- Understanding presales cycles
- Experience in delivering executive presentations showcasing your ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and professionalism.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred
