Tasks

What will you be doing

Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional wayDelivering exceptional clientcentered resolutions in a timely mannerOffering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone email chat and social mediaDeveloping a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our clientEmbracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.

What are we looking for

  • Fluent level of Danish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English (Both written and spoken)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathyStrong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Professional outlook and proactive approach to problemsolving

What do we offer

  • Permanent contract
  • Parttime contract: 20 hours per week
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 2:00pm
  • Salary: 8490 per year (gross amount)
  • Training: 2 weeks
  • Training schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm
  • Work location: Hybrid 3 days per month in office
  • Remote option: ONLY If outside of Barcelona
  • Start Date: ASAP
