Job Description

Responsibilities


1. Speak and convince the candidates to close the offer

2. Prepare various letters Eg. offer letter APL etc. and ensure to get the acknowledged copies

3. Knowledge of Salary Breakup with negotiate skills

4. Handle onboarding process (Documentation Background check Id cards visiting cards official email id sim card asset arrangement etc.)

5. Timely Data updation in HRMS

6. Prepare and send birthday and anniversary wishes

7. Induction preparation and execution

8. Salary revision working; increment and promotion letters preparation sending and acknowledgement and maintaining the yearly working file



Requirements

Dedicated and smart

Good writing and verbal communication

Excellent negotiation skills

Maintain confidentiality

Team player

Working knowledge for MS Excel

Adaptable to frequent changes in work direction
