Job Description

The Business/Sales Development Representative will generate leads by building relationships with new potential customers and being a subject matter expert on our product and service offerings and by offering the right solutions.

Title: Business/Sales Development Representative

Location: Chennai/ Remote

Experience: 2 Years

What will you work on

  • Research identify and prospect for new customers
  • Build prospect lists based on the ideal customer profile and navigate company structures to identify decision makers.
  • Create content to develop call and messaging strategies to drive opportunities
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Come up with creative personalization to draw the attention of prospects
  • Drive topofthefunnel lead generation generate warm leads and set up meetings.
  • Perform outbound reach outs via coldcalling email campaigns LinkedIn campaigns and other channels
  • Deliver first pitch which is a combination of questions and pitching to attract and retain the prospects on the call
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track and reflect metrics
  • Engage current users to expand awareness educate ask for referrals identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on product offerings/solution development skills
  • Performing regular followup calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

Do you fit in? Experience in web design and development Hands-on experience in working with JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, Angular etc. Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and integration/delivery pipeline for cloud, including Jenkins, Netlify, AWS Amplify etc. Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them. Basic knowledge of React Native/ IOS / Android is an added advantage Familiarity with payments gateway integrations such as Razor pay, Stripe, Dwolla etc.
