About Us

NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company incorporated in Nigeria in 2012 to provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas Power Generation FMCGs etc. Over the past five years the firm and its international partners have supported clients on large infrastructure projects and aftersales services to ensure the assets are maintained effectively and a clients operations run smoothly.

Note: You can only apply for ONE role in the Transport Division. If you apply for multiple roles you will be disqualified

Key Responsibilities:

1. Route Optimization and Planning:

Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transportation costs. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.

2. Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels for timely order fulfillment. Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

3. Communication and Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between the fleet team warehouse staff and other relevant departments. Communicate effectively with drivers to relay instructions updates and changes in schedules.

4. Documentation and RecordKeeping:

Maintain accurate records of shipments deliveries and inventory levels. Prepare and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading and shipping manifests.

5. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with suppliers and thirdparty logistics providers to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods. Negotiate transportation rates and terms with vendors to optimize logistics costs.

6. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing transportation and logistics. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses for transportation activities.

7. Problem Resolution:

Address logisticsrelated issues promptly and proactively find solutions to minimize disruptions in the supply chain. Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to investigate and resolve transportation and logisticsrelated incidents.

8. Technology Utilization:

Utilize logistics and supply chain management software to track shipments monitor inventory levels and generate reports. Stay updated on technological advancements in logistics and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
