As a Visual Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of our brand across various platforms leveraging your expertise in design and cuttingedge AI technologies like DALLE 2 and MidJourney Stable Diffusion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with our team of designers writers and marketers to develop and implement a cohesive visual design strategy across all Medvarsity products.
   
2. Craft components and production assets contributing to the creation of a visually compelling brand presence.
   
3. Engage actively with crossfunctional teams including technologists product managers and engineers to design intuitive and impactful solutions for complex business challenges.
   
4. Utilize your deep understanding of design principles such as layout typography and color to produce visually stunning work.
   
5. Develop mobilecentric content including static and dynamic elements (GIFs videos motion graphics) under the guidance of senior designers.
   
6. Harness the power of AI design tools like DALLE 2 and MidJourney Stable Diffusion to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation in visual design.
   

Requirements

Requirements

1. Proven experience in graphic design supported by a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or motion graphics.
   
2. Proficiency in design software and technologies including Photoshop Illustrator Adobe Premier and After Effects.
   
3. A keen eye for aesthetic detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
   
4. Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively and work collaboratively with the team.
   
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.
   
6. Familiarity with social media design requirements and guidelines.
   
7. Knowledge of video formats and aspect ratios and the ability to create engaging shortformat videos (e.g. explainers infographics).
   
8. Good listening skills and openness to constructive feedback.
