The Business Analyst provides expert analysis, advice and support the transition of business services to new or updated business The role ensures that high-level analysis and advice is provided for correct solutions and The role is also responsible for conducting research and analysis, evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements and assisting in the documentation of technical
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and identify opportunities, risks or
- Conduct investigative work to identify appropriate and practical solutions, meeting the needs of the business, customers and aligning to industry standards, and ensuring that the team can deliver necessary operational
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing briefs, to support informed decision-making and ;
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in performing business analysis in large and complex programs or within an operational service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to present and explain complex technical information to a non-technical
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional
