MDE-DEC Beauty and Sales Specialist

• Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a beauty concierge for clients.
  
• Upselling beauty services and products meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  
• Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls.
  
• Obtaining patients addresses contact details insurance information and medical records.
  
• Updating and verifying patient information.
  
• Answering investigating and directing patient requests to the appropriate medical staff member and following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
  
• Performing administrative and clerical duties such as efiling paperwork entering payments issuing invoices among others.
  
• Participating in the construction of standard operating procedures and making contributions to improve those established.
  

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English with strong verbal and written skills in both languages (C1 level or above in English).
  
• Experience in the beauty industry particularly in roles that involve concierge services and sales.
  
• Strong sales skills with a track record of upselling beauty services and products.
  
• Professional degree technological degree or equivalent experience.
  
• A passion for delivering topnotch customer experiences.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• A customercentric approach.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Proactive and independent work style.
  
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
