Job Description

PokerGuru is searching for a business development manager who will help grow and handle our existing advertisement campaigns. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company retain existing customers and work on upselling to them.

This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater to clients needs by working closely with the content and social media teams. They will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships to meet business goals.

The candidate will be responsible for business development and be required to multitask by learning on the job and handling other related work assignments. The candidate will also take the onus of executing various marketing activities and preparing accurate reports and supporting PPTs to analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities and KPI s

1. Create longterm value for PokerGuru through our ad accounts markets and partnerships.

2. Identify partnership opportunities and new sales leads investigate growth prospects and supervise the execution.

3. Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company s items to current and new customers at the same time follow the company motto and brand voice.

4. Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

5. Maintain a daily tracker of activities to be done and ensure execution of the same in a timely manner.

6. Develop new relationships to grow business and aid expansion effort

7. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

8. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

9. Maintain existing business and work on upselling

10. Plan strategically to ensure project success

11. Problemsolving skills identify possible roadblocks for certain campaigns and promptly resolve them.




Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

2. 3 years of business development experience. Poker and online gamesrelated knowledge will be an additional boost but in case of no knowledge of poker this will be a mustlearn on the job.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies

5. Focused and goaloriented


Working Hours : 10:30 AM 7:30 PM ( Might need to extend during certain situations with excessive work load)
