Android Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to lead our team of Android Developers and create a technically stateoftheart mobile app to provide a smooth user experience across all devices. Someone who can ensure the product is ahead of the curve and guide his team. Has to have good oral and written communication skills. Needs to be a master of his craft.

Responsibilities

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features

Work with outside data sources and APIs

Unittest code for robustness including edge cases usability and general reliability

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements and skills

BS/MS degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related subject

Proven software development experience and Android skills development

Proven working experience in Android app development and

Have published at least one original Android app

12 of Experience with Android SDK

Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

Experience with thirdparty libraries and APIs

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape architectures trends and emerging technologies

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

A positive cando attitude to work in a fastpaced environment

Understanding of the app ecosystem
