Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our OneCRM project. This role needs to be involved in the endtoend delivery lifecycle from supporting product owners and business analysts in fleshing out business requirements translating those requirements into technical solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform and finally implementing the tech solution using development/configuration best practices
- Solution design / Function specification
- Highlevel integration diagrams
- High and Low level technical specifications
- Complete user stories as part of Scrum sprints
- Create and update technical documentation
- Implement configuration/development changes
- Unit test cases
- Support system testing and user acceptance testing
- Support deployments on our CI/CD pipeline.
Working hours:
Can be flexible but the working hours should fit between 8:00 and 18:00 CET
Requirements
5 years configuring Salesforce platform
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and the underlying business processes covered by this solution
- Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Administrator certifications required. Salesforce Developer 1 certification is desirable Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce development methodology and best practices for change management development and testing.
- Focused on delivering highquality changes making sure to perform unit testing and to support system and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce pointandclick configuration and nocode development. Must be proficient in using Salesforce Lightining Platform.
- Very strong handson experience on all types of Flows (RecordTriggered Screen and Autolaunched)
- Experienced in designing and implementing integrations with external applications. Should be able to work alongside architects to define the best Salesforce integration option and pattern to meet
the requirements. - Ability to code in Apex and to build custom Lightning Web Components is a plus
- Comfortable in analysing complex business processes and translating those into technical designs. When applicable should be able to assess multiple solution options and recommend the best fit
- Proven experience in participating in all phases of the development lifecycle with focus on solution design and handson implementation but also supporting other relevant activities like testing deploying and training. Handon working experience with Copado is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Thrives in a remote and globally distributed working environment.
Requirements: Have a degree within applied mathematics, statistics, physics or engineering or similar field and a strong will to continuously develop your skillset . Are a hands-on person and a problem solver, you thrive in solving practical business problems with data, machine learning and optimization models. You have the ability to understand business requirements and generate insights and you have strong communication skills, orally and in writing. You are able to drive forward the best solutions. Have working experience in data science, analytics or similar areas. Are able to independently implement algorithms and models to production with at least one programming language with support from our machine learning engineers. You are always looking for opportunities to automate and simplify existing solutions. Required cloud certification: Azure and Google
