Migration Planning and Execution:
- Contribute for developing and executing a comprehensive migration plan from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM ensuring a smooth transition of data and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to the Dynamics CRM platform.
System Implementation:
- Be a part of the team who will lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across multiple business units within the organization.
- Work with external consultants to customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet specific business needs and enhance overall user experience.
- Provide training and support to endusers to ensure successful adoption of the new CRM system.
Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other relevant business systems ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Implement robust data management practices to maintain data accuracy integrity and security.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and new features within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to propose and implement continuous improvements.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and enhancement of CRM processes.
Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support to endusers addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve technical issues related to the CRM system.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the CRM migration configuration and ongoing support processes.
- Develop user guides and training materials to facilitate efficient system usage.
Requirements
- A degree in a related field (Computer Science Information Systems Business etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting with a demonstrated track record of successful migrations.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with a focus on migration and implementation.
- Indepth knowledge of both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Experience in providing training and support to endusers.
- Familiarity with data integration and management best practices.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus.
