Requirements
As a UI UX designer you will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemaps wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design possess superior UI skills and be able to translate highlevel requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful intuitive and functional user interfaces.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Facilitate client s product visions by researching conceiving wire framing sketching prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver storyboardsuser flows user stories user journeys process flows and sitemaps optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces to effectively communicate. Interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate with the product management engineering clients and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience.
Take a usercentered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Gather feedback from across teams as well.
Present and explain design decisions and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Supervise and take ownership of all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to the engineering.
Make strategic design and userexperience decisions related to core and new functions and features
Benefits
Demonstrable UIUX design skills with a strong portfolio.Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Proficiency in Sketch Photoshop Illustrator OmniGraffle or other visual design and wire framing tools.Expertise in UX software such as InVision UXPin Balsamiq Framer.js Quartz Composer and the like is a must. Basic HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design; testing methodologies subsystems usability and accessibility; concerns.
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.
Solid experience in creating wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and sitemaps
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholder
Do you fit in? Experience in web design and development Hands-on experience in working with JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, Angular etc. Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and integration/delivery pipeline for cloud, including Jenkins, Netlify, AWS Amplify etc. Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them. Basic knowledge of React Native/ IOS / Android is an added advantage Familiarity with payments gateway integrations such as Razor pay, Stripe, Dwolla etc.
