Customer Service Agent UK NL based - kids interior products

Were Petite Amlie a rapidly expanding brand offering unique furniture accessories and toys for baby childrens and teen rooms. Being a part of the Food and Beverage Retail industry weve grown to have a team of 1150 passionate professionals. Now were searching for a Customer Service Agent for the UK market (NLbased). In this role youll link us and our UK customers assisting with inquiries and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. This position is based in the Netherlands but will primarily serve our UK market. If you love helping people and are passionate about childrens interior design wed love to hear from you!

Tasks

• Respond to customer inquiries about kids interior products and toys through various channels (phone email live chat)
• Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
• Provide product recommendations and information on the companys furniture and accessories for baby childrens and teen rooms.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and friendly service

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the UK market and culture
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
